Just a quick post, because I have suddenly become somewhat computer illiterate and am unable to find a way to post replys to the comments that lovely people have been leaving!
A HUGE thank you for anyone taking the time to read this blog, and for those also taking the time to leave comments. It is greatly appreciated :D
Having this blog is a great way for me to vent about the customers I deal with every day, and I am very happy that I've found a way to share these experiences with other people!
Because, let's face it - pretty much all of us have had to deal with people like this before, so lets share the pain LOL ;)
