Oh for the love of...
The first email I have come into this morning reads:
"Hi Miss Health Insurance
Could you please call Roger Brown, policy # 922018382, back this morning URGENTLY. He is going in for surgery today and the hospital told him yesterday that they contacted us, and we said we weren't going to cover it. He hasn't paid his policy in just under 6 months. He said if we don't call him back URGENTLY this morning and get it fixed for him, he is going to sue us. He says he is extremely unhappy with our service and he wants to take this to the media."

So...HE hasn't bothered to pay for his policy in almost HALF A YEAR...then suddenly needs surgery...but that is our fault
